SPARK is a Marketing Communications student driven enterprise that provides students at St. Lawrence College with industry experience and the Kingston community with affordable and creative communications services.

Led by experienced advertising professionals, the team is made up of enthusiastic young self-starters. Combining technical expertise, fresh perspectives, and the drive and passion of youth to deliver unique marketing solutions with a storytelling approach. They are dedicated to every step of the creative process, committed to fostering a human-centric experience, bringing a unique and innovative touch to projects, and opening doors to new opportunities and partnerships within the YGK community network.

For my very first assignment, SPARK entrusted me to snap headshots for the whole team. It was a blast! Those few hours behind the lens became a playground of sorts, giving me a great opportunity to break the ice with my awesome new coworkers. There's something thrilling about diving into the vibrant energy of young professionals, and I relished in the challenge of not only capturing their unique energy but also having the portraits reflect their roles in the company. It's not just about the click; it's about freezing a bit of personality in every frame.
